Pilates Method

“It is not important what you do but how you do it”. The phrase is of Joseph Hubertus Pilates inventor in 1920 of the method nowknow throughout the world.

The practice of the exercises of the Pilates Method aim to reach the control of one’s self, both body and soul and not only during the exercises.

The Pilates Method wants in fact to above all change the approach of a person especially during their every day life pursuing principles like control, the correct breathing, the fluidity of the movements, the stabilization of the barycentre, precision.

Many people do not pay attention to the postural habits because in reality these are dictated by the person and in the way in which she confronts the life and therefore difficult to recognize.

The Pilates Method allows us to see and to correct with simple and pleasant exercises, all those disharmonies that have been expressed in the load also because of inner imbalances and suffering;

For example, a low self-esteem leads to having curved shoulders, like sadness manifests itself with a curved back and a weak abdomem, just as impatience can provoke tension to the neck because of one strains their head foreward with the will to arrive quicker, therefore throwing off carrying barycentre of your entire body .....
